Use Chronicle responsibly.

These terms cover match capture, report sharing, and optional YouTube replay uploads through Riftbound Chronicle.

Your content

You keep ownership of match recordings, notes, and other content you provide. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to record and upload the material, including any voice, account, or personal information it contains.

Chronicle-channel uploads

When you choose “Upload to Chronicle channel,” you grant Riftbound Chronicle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to transmit, host, embed, and display that replay through the Riftbound Chronicle YouTube channel at the visibility you select. This license exists only to operate the replay and match-report features. You may request removal by contacting riftboundchronicle@gmail.com.

Your YouTube channel

You may instead upload to your own YouTube channel. That choice uses the Google account you authorize, and the resulting video remains under your control in YouTube Studio.

YouTube requirements

By using a YouTube upload feature, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, including the Community Guidelines, and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. Do not upload material that violates another person’s copyright, privacy, or other rights.

Visibility and sharing

Chronicle displays your selected Public, Unlisted, or Private setting before upload. Unlisted videos can be watched and reshared by anyone with the link. A Private video cannot be embedded for ordinary report visitors. Google may restrict uploads from an unaudited API project to Private regardless of the selected setting.

Availability

Chronicle is provided without a promise of uninterrupted capture, permanent availability, or perfect interpretation of RiftAtlas events. Keep local copies of recordings or reports that matter to you. Access may be limited to protect the service, its users, or its YouTube quota.

Riftbound Chronicle is an independent companion and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Riot Games, RiftAtlas, Google, or YouTube.
